Our inspectors use moisture meters, thermal imaging, and hygrometers to find what’s wet and why, then we build the remediation plan around the source.
Ram Mold Pro follows the IICRC S520 standard for professional mold remediation on every job in Dayton and the Miami Valley. That means sealing off the work area with 6-mil plastic and negative air pressure, running HEPA air scrubbers, physically removing mold instead of just spraying it, and tearing out porous materials like drywall and insulation when mold has grown into them. Our general manager is a NORMI Certified Mold Remediator and a NORMI Certified IAQ/Mold Assessor.
When the work’s done, we don’t just pack up. We take moisture readings to confirm materials are dry, arrange independent clearance testing when it’s needed, and hand you before-and-after photos and documentation for your records or your insurance company.
